To sign on to the MemInfo program: Your ID will be assigned by your church’s MemInfo administrator. The first time you sign on, MemInfo will ask you to enter a new password.

Changing or repairing passwords:

(2) To change your password for signing onto MemInfo, your MemInfo administrator will delete your old password (but not delete your user ID!). Then, the next time you sign onto MemInfo, it will ask you to create a new password.
